Intro: The severe wounds in Elsa face require a really skilled doctor to perform this delicate surgery. First use the mask to put Elsa to sleep. Clean and disinfect her wounds and sew the ugly cut. Work with extreme care so that it wont remain a scar. When she wakes up, Elsa will feel much better. Have fun!
